Power Press is a very Common Industrial Machine used for Stamping,  pressing shearing, punching, forming a Metal sheet or piece by means of forcefully pressing tools or dies attached to slides or rams. Normally a Power Press has a rotating flywheel which acts like a storehouse of energy and is used to operate the ram which provides the necessary impact to the workpiece.

According to their mechanism: Hydraulic Power Press, Mechanical & Pneumatic Power Presses.

According to their function:C Type Power Presses, Pillar type Press Machine, Forging presses, Stamping Presses, Press Brakes, Punching Press etc.

Frame Contraction: High Speed Press fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates. Frame is deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress reliving. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. These frames are strain free and eliminate welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed.

Table & Slide (Ram): Table and Slide are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron and properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy and precision press operation.

Main and Pinion Shaft: Shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.

Rolling Key Clutch: Made of alloy steel for positive engagement and continues operation heavy three key ways. Single rolling key system is incorporated in the machine ensuring easy and efficient working of the machine.

Gears: Gears are of steel cast of fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine.

Flywheel: Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for strong and releasing adequate energy for the cutting operation, and properly balanced for smooth running.

Lubrication System: Single shot lubrication provides oil to all the lubrication point, where necessary, thus all bearing parts and guide surface etc.
